Fine. 444 pp. Described as a "volatile combination of Marilyn Monroe and Mike Hammer" Honey West was one of the first modern female private eye who first appeared in print in 1957 in the first of eleven novels that were issued only in paperback. . In 1965, a successful TV series was launched starring Anne Francis and ran for 30 episodes.
