Wallace. on March 21 1978. Fine in original cardboard backed mailing envelope (very torn). Included is a typed etter from William V Pelfrey (U of Al) thanking the named recipient for being a panel member in the Southern Regional Conference of the American Society for Industrial Security held in Birmingham and signed by him, plus a 9"x12" broadside from the American Society for Industrial Security Certificate of Appreciation to same individual signed by the Chapter Chairman, and First Region Vice President Region VII
