Rare, and desirable even in compromised condition.. 21 cm; [2], xxiv, 98 (of 99) pages. Last page torn away. Cheaply bound in later paper-covered boards, hinges cracked, spine perished. Title page with portion torn away at gutter corner of lower margin, barely affecting text. Pages evenly toned.
