Sobre este artículo

Brooklyn: Louis Bossert & Sons Inc, 1925. Mailing Folder No. 1 . Paper. Rare promotional mailing folder to promote the sale of Bossert Bungalows which were ready to erect summer homes. The folder is wonderfully illustrated in full color with nice Art Deco like artwork and is tipped in on light gray stock paper and is an unsent sample used to promote the sale of these ready to erect small houses. The brochure opens up from a hot New York summer scene to show a young girl on a beach with information about buying one of these ready to erect summer homes on each side. The brochure itself is fine, there is some small chipping to the bottom of the gray mounting. Although undated I would place it from the 1920's.
