Book published annually to provide information, for the traveller, on hotels in Europe, America, Australasia and Africa. 208 pages plus 40 pages of appendix on railway and steamship routes, with double page colour maps plus old adverts with period illustrations. Pages have decorative green and brown printed borders. Pages are overall bright and clean just the occasional light foxing spots, outer edges of pages are gold on all three sides.Outer covers are worn top and bottom of spine and on corners, dusty and a few marks, small split front bottom of spine 1¾ inches long. Gold embossing is a little worn on front and more so on spine, inside hinges paper is split but webbing of binding is sound.A pleasing copy of a very interesting antiquarian travel directory SEE IMAGE.
