Excellent book on Hove in Sussex and the surrounding area, 76 pages plus 15 pages of period adverts all in bright clean condition just some browning to one page from an advertisement card bound in and has browned the page it is against,corner creases to a couple of pages. Many B/w photographs and illustrations and pull out map with small closed tear to blank margin, all present as listed plus very informative text. Pasted in slip stating property of The Eastman Library and small ink stamp to title page, these are the only library marks in the book. NO dustwrapper outer boards decorated in white are very bright and clean, a very nice copy SEE IMAGE. DETAILED IMAGES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST. First Edition. Boards. Very Good/No Jacket. 7 x 5 Inches. Hardcover.
