Note at the rear states that: "This little volume is sold only in connection with Mr. Murray's lectures and lecture management". Front cover has a narrow section missing along the top 3 1/2" of the spine; top of front cover has been tape repaired with very small narrow tape in two places; fore-edge with light chipping; other light to moderate chipping to the fragile paper.
