Hardcover. lxxiv, 444; 494 pages. 12 hand coloured plates 1 as a frontis to each volume and the others bound together towards the front of each volume. Two volumes still in their original paper covered boards. The boards and spines are now very worn - especially the spine to volume 1 and the front board of volume 1 is virtually detached. There is foxing and creasing throughout, but the plates are generally in good condition. Page edges untrimmed. Vol 1 lacks the front free end paper and one of the plates is almost detached. A heavy set, extra postage will be required to send outside the UK..
