"The study here presented is based on observations in Sinaloa and Nayarit during the winter and spring of 1930. One of the purposes of the reconnaissance was to get evidence on the existence or non-existence of a prehistoric corridor between the Mexican highland and the Pueblo country of the American Southwest.
