Richard Ogust is a writer and as a New York State licensed wildlife rehabilitator his New York City loft once held one of the nation's largest private collections of endangered turtles. The 2007 documentary "The Chances of the World Changing" by Eric Daniel Metzgar & Nell Carden Grey portrayed the trials and tribulations of a man devoted to the rescue of endangered species of turtles.
