Sobre este artículo

Adyar, Madras, India: Adyar Library and Research Centre, 1951. Hardcover. 88p., small slender hardbound in cream papered boards with a cinnamon-brown cloth backstrip. Some leaves are unopened. Item is mildly dust-soiled with faint small stains to back cover and a little edgewear, rear pastedown bears the seller's fiche of a San Francisco vedanta bookshop. Good to very good copy: sound and unmarked. Adyar Library series no. 77. A quick overview of text and index shows the vedanta view of personality contrasted frequently with socialist interpretations; Annie Besant was an active promoter of socialism as well as theosophy.
