Ideas into Action: A Study of Pounds Cantos

Book was purchased from the estate of Marcella Spann Booth, with some of her notes and underlines but without her name written in the book. Spann started visiting Ezra Pound in mid 1956 when he was incarcerated at St. Elizabeth's hospital, and later became his assistant, muse and very close companion, travelling with Pound and his family to live in Italy after his release in 1958. She later became a Professor in the Department of English at the University of Connecticut. Black cloth with dustjacket. Good to very good with firm binding, clean pages other than the scattered aforementioned notes. The mylar protected dustjacket is not priceclipped [5.95] and has some edgewear and a small coffee colored stain to the white rear panel, no chips. . Hard Cover. Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
