Sobre este artículo

First edition. This book is not about the playing of chess, but rather the players and their personalities. Cockburn examines the eccentrics of the game from a very Freudian point of view, Looking at the few who are, shall we say, out there, rather than the many who are totally, uninterestingly "normal". Chess players have often not agreed with Cockburn's analysis. I can't speak for non-chess players.

The book shows little wear, and has a remainder mark. The jacket is price clipped and has one tear (2 cm) at the upper right front cover.

Opened August 1st of 2022, Turtleman Used Books in Olympia, WA. Address is 108 22nd Ave SW, Olympia, WA 98501. Suite #4. This is a small shop, so some books may only be displayed online, others only displayed in the store. Come on by if you are in town. Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Many of my books are oversized. Rather than ask for shipping adjustments at the time of purchase, the list price for heavier books includes the excess shipping cost. Check back frequently to see what's new. -----
