Sobre este artículo
Putnam, 1996. Hardback. Fine/Fine. First edition hardback, a Fine in a Fine dust jacket. Signed by Gibson. Set in the same universe as Virtual Light, about a singer who wants to marry a completely virtual pop star, plus some sort of nanotechnology McGuffin, and the usual near future Gibsonian eyeball kicks.
Sinopsis
Idoru is the second book in William Gibson's Bridge trilogy. Idoru is a science-fiction novel set in a postmodern, dystopian, cyberpunk future. The main character, Colin Laney, has a talent for identifying nodal points, analogous to Gibson's own: As of 2006, an anime adaptation of Idoru is rumoured to be in the early stages of development.
