Einband minimal berieben. Vorderes Gelenk innen etwas aufgeplatzt. Manuskript, eventuell Lehrbuch-Entwurf für Renaissance-Architektur des österreichischen Architekten und Malers Adolf Wagner (1844-1918), der am Wiener Polytechnischen Institut zwischen 1861-1867 u. a. bei Heinrich von Ferstel und Theophil Hansen lernte. Zwei Abteilungen sind datiert auf den 4.11.1888 bzw. den 14.11.1888. Die fein ausgeführten Bleistiftzeichnungen zeigen u. a. "Giebel-Gesimse", "Lisenen", "Fenster" u. "Bogenstellungen".
