Exeter: G. Townsend, (no date). Unbound. Near Fine. 13 1/2" x 8 3/4". Black-and-white illustration of Tommy Osborne, a secondhand bookseller in the early 19th century. He was also an M.P., with an extract from his address to Ide Electors given on September 29, 1812. Lightly soiled and worn, with closed tears at edges and creased corners, near fine.
