Covers faded / stained. Page 45 has 2" tear and missing corner (margin only). There is a water stain to the lower corner of most of the page block impacting only the margins but giving the book a stiff feel to the lower portion when fanning the pages. ; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 355 pages .
