A presentation copy, signed and inscribed by Thorstein Veblen on the front free endpaper to a former owner. Bound in publisher's original dark green clot ruled in blind with spine titles in gilt. Very good with rubbing to cloth at extremities, spine titles dulled, corners softened, pages toned. Books signed by Veblen are scarce.
