Binding is loose with light foxing throughout. Boards have heavy rubbing and visible sunning. Moderate bumping to corners and splitting to joints with heavier crushing to head end of spine. Visible sunning to spine as well.

Dent to top edge of front board. Wear marks overall.

Light damp stain to first 50 pages, lower edge about the size of a quarter, not discolored, shows as a bit wrinkled, some paper undulation, 26 engravings, mostly inter text, 2 full pages. 442 pages plus several pages of advertisements. Preface by author, dated 18th April, 1833.
