Enlarged edition, handsomely bound and printed on superb paper, of the oritinal 1940 survey of this notable collection -- Number 2 in the "Hanes Foundation Publications" series. Notes Cook in his preface, "The 1940 edition... recorded 536 items representing the work of 214 printers and presses in 42 cities in 8 countries. The present list shows 732 items from 324 printers, 57 cities and 9 countries....
