Sturdy, tightly bound, internally clean hardcover copy, with unbruised tips, neat and tidy paste-downs. Leather-bound with some rubbing and scarring; bumping to spine head and foot with some loss of leather. Pages lightly toned with scattered foxing, damp-staining to final 50 leaves onto back panel, some light waffling to text-block, but not affecting readability. Full of tables and documents relating to the U.S. Government, including the legislatures of various states, appropriations for War, Navy and Treasury, Indian Affairs, etc. 1375 pp.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
