Signed, without inscription, by Maltby upon Foreword. Includes a reprint of the 17 page pamphlet "The Calgary Regiment" Maltby wrote in 1945, 1,500 copies of which were printed in Holland. This is followed by "interesting personal stories that have been supplied by all ranks. These are interspersed with photos, cartoons, and other documents all pertaining to the activities of the regiment and the war. " - Foreword. This additional information constitutes an additional 158 pages, some of which contain content on both sides. This regiment had the misfortune of being assigned to participate in the ill-fated Dieppe raid. Printed by photocopier and bound in cirlox.
