Chatto & Windus, 1908. Hardback. Very Good. Walter Crane (frontispiece). New edition hardback with a frontispiece by Walter Crane, 1908, in full maroon leather school prize binding with gilt crest to front (Princess Helena College, Ealing), spine with five raised bands, gilt decoration and titles. In overall very good used condition with only minor signs of age, handling and storage - spine rubbed with a little fading to edges. Binding tight and appears almost unopened. Internally clean, no annotation or inscriptions - previous owners name neat to front pastedown; gilt page-ends retain lustre, text and frontispiece bright and clear throughout. Photographs available. Not an old library book.
