The most celebrated tag team pro wrestlers ever were this duo, who won the NWA U.S. Tag Team Championship twice in 1958 and the NWA World Tag Team Championship twice in 1963. IPS, glossy 8" X 10", n.p., n.y. [likely 1960]. Near fine. Almost full-length portrait of Curtis and Lewin in wrestling trunks standing side by side. Across his chest, Curtis at left boldly pens "Best of Luck Don / Don Curtis," and across his chest Lewin boldly pens "Best of Luck / To Don / Mark / Lewin," each in blue ballpoint. Unusuul and very uncommon.
