This leading tenor with the New York City Ballet was struck down by illness at age 36. Handsome, bold "Richard -- / My pleasure. I wish you all / the best. / D.E." on a heavy stock 5" X 3" card -- the verso of which he signs boldly in full and dates 19 October 1982. Fine. With original envelope. Uncommon.
