Commonwealth of Australia Post Master-General's Department, Melbourne, No date. Edition Unstated. Hardcover (Original Cloth). Poor Condition/No Dust Jacket. Illustrator: Drawings. The text is illustrated with occasional black-and-white illustration. Age coloured cloth covered boards with black coloured titles to the front panel. The title says it all, instructions for use by telephone traffic officers. This book is very much showing its age. Heavy rubbing to the book panels along with handling and other varied marks and stains. Previous owners name can vaguely be seen just below "Metropolitan Section". There is all so faint remains of a purple coloured rubber stamp. browning and foxing to the first few and lusty pages of the book with age toning of the pages. Purple coloured stamp to the lower edge of the title page and the top edge of the verso of the rear panel. The covers have almost completely come away from the text body and the first page is very, very loose. Size: 4to 9¾" - 12" tall. [2], II - VIII, [3], 2-53 pages,.
