Binding firm. All pages have light, but visible staining around edges but it also works inward towards the center so it is also on top of the text, but does not affect reading the text. The pages are slightly wavy. There is a taped tear on page 101. Series title page detached from binding. A few pages have edge tears. Pages are unmarked, except for the staining. Covers are good with rubbing wear and minor discoloration. Text is generally in fair to poor condition. Series: Johns Hopkins University Studies in Historical and Political Science. Extra Volume VIII. [ix, 198 p. 24 cm].
