(Ann B. Shteir in the ODNB). Bookplate on front endpaper of the Hallowell Social Library. Approx. 4 1/2" x 7 1/4" size; full polished leather binding, gilt spine title & simple line rules. Some edge, tips wear and rubbing to the covers; spine ends chipped away; occasional spotting & foxing; a few marginal pencil marks. In good condition.. Third American Edition. Leather. Good.
