Dark blue cloth, gilt spine lettering, illustrated, seven appendices include the 1932 forecast of the author. This copy bears a presentation inscripton on the front free endpaper penned and signed by the author; scarce thus. ; 6-1/4" x 9"; 353 pp; Signed by Author; Covers lightly worn at corners and top/bottom of spine (with small tear at top of spine), rubbing to spine gilt, bookplate of prior owner inside front cover (not the same person to whom the book is inscribed), paper is lightly toned, a few pages with marginal notes in pencil (limited to lines identifying specific blocks of text). .

U.S. BUYERS. Standard -- Most orders can be shipped by USPS Media Mail within the continental U.S. for the standard charge regardless of weight. Expedited -- Items which fit in the Flat Rate Envelope (about 6" x 9") can usually be sent by Priority Mail for $10.00; in that case we will automatically reduce the shipping charge for an expedited order when the order is processed. Items which fit in one of the Medium Flat Rate Boxes can ship for the standard expedited charge, regardless of weight.
