Book has been rebound in geen canvas by an unprofessional hand in the early 20thc, but it has protected it, the first five pages starting with title page ( no end papers) are very grubby with tears page 8 of the first act torn but complete, page 74 torn some sparodic damp stains marks, all that said the contents are rather good & tight , A total of 19 acts from granting duty on beer, tobacco & hide etc price of coal , preventing counterfeiting gold, silver & silk, licensing hawkers & pedlars for encouragment of English protestant schools, building a stone bridge (Lavits) & a draw bridge in Cork, & more .342pp. . Fifth Edition. Good.
