Frontispiece, foreword, plates, illustrations. The top and bottom of the spine are worn and faded, the spine has a crease. The endpapers are toned and speckled, there is a previous owner's name in dark pencil on the front endpaper, and the dust jacket is edgeworn with small closed tears, including a 2-1 / 2 inch closed tear along the crease of the front panel.
