Hardcover Book in Very Good Condition with a Fair Vintage Dust Jacket protected in an archival sleeve. Black cloth binding with turquoise blue imprint of a donkey on the front (Democrats), blue and gilt lettered on spine. Clean and unmarked with corners lightly rubbed; solid, tight, and square. Internals quite clean, no markings of any kind, pages age-toned. 3-4 small colorless spots on fore-edge of text block. Victor Lasky has marshalled facts, studied the opinions and comments of political experts from both the right and left, and drawn on his own experience as a veteran political observer to write this first full-scale study of John F. Kennedy. 653 pp with Appendices, Sources and Index. 6.5 x 9.5 x 1.75 inches. 1963, Macmillan Company, 1963.
