Sobre este artículo
Texas: Pilgrim Publications, 1999. Paperback. Near Fine/Near Fine. Paperback. White cover with B/W portrait and black lettering. John Franklyn Norris (September 18, 1877 â August 20, 1952) was a Baptist preacher and controversial Christian fundamentalist. The height of Norris' career came in the 1920s, when he became the leader of the fundamentalist movement in Texas by attacking the teaching of "that hell-born, Bible-destroying, deity-of-Christ-denying, German rationalism known as evolution" at Baylor University. Because of his attacks on Baylor and denominational leaders, Norris and his church were denied seats at the annual meetings of the Baptist General Convention of Texas. 165pp.

CONDITION: Covers are lightly rubbed.
