Sobre este artículo

[Film] Jack Nicholson in The Passenger directed by Michelangelo Antonioni. Archive of 9 original vintage photographs used as lobby cards in movie theaters. Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, 1974 and 1975. All are 8" x 10" with 8 original silver gelatin vintage photographs in glossy black and white and 1 in matte color. The Passenger is Antonioni's film about a disillusioned Anglo-American journalist, David Locke (Jack Nicholson), who assumes the identity of a dead businessman while working on a documentary in Chad, unaware that he is impersonating an arms dealer with connections to the rebels in the current civil war. Covering themes of identity, alienation and the human desire to escape oneself, critics praised the film, with Kevin Thomas of the Los Angeles Times calling it: "a masterpiece of visual beauty and rigorous artistry that is as tantalizing as it is hypnotic. It is a major achievement by one of the world's great filmmakers." Nicholson has described it as among his favorite films. Photos feature several images of Nicholson and Maria Schneider in the film. Copyright dates and MGM credit are in the lower white margins. All in very good condition.
