The red covers are fresh, with just a hint of wear to tips and corners. The gilt spine lettering is still bright. The dust jacket is also in nearly new condition, with some light wear at the top and bottom of the spine area. The attached scan should give a better idea of condition. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover. Synopsis: Six inter-connected stories about Jack Russell Jackson, a very naughty dog. He looked rather like a warthog -- he had a pointed nose, short legs and a solid wriggling behind - and he was always getting into trouble. But the Jackson family adored Jack, despite his faults, and Elizabeth knew her heart would break if she ever lost him. And Jack, though he had an independent streak, really loved Elizabeth best in all the world".
