London: Thames and Hudson, 1968. Second printing. Hardcover. Very good/fair. Gilt stamped black cloth boards in dust jacket, quarto [10" x 11"], illustrated with color and b&w mounted plates. Book has wear and toning to edges of boards and spine, mild bumps to bottom corners, binding tight, text clean and unmarked but toned throughout, some mounted plates unstuck but present. DJ has edgewear that includes chips and tears, loss to spine head and less to spine foot, now in archival mylar wrap.
