The dust jacket is rubbed and chipped with small tears and creases along the edges. [10], 356 & [1] pages, with numerous photographic illustrations. A book label is mounted onto the front endpaper. There is a light dampstain to the front edge of the last several leaves and a felt remainder mark along the bottom edge of the book. Good. <p>First edition.
