Vancouver: Famous Artists Limited, 1960. (CAD) No markings, but several small faint spots to the lower corner of the front cover, otherwise Very Good. 8.5 x 5.75", glue bound, [12]pp counting both covers. B&W photo of the pianist to the cover, local ads. Announcement for Marcel Marceau for a Jan 6 and 7, 1961 performances. Cherniavsky was born in Ukraine and became a naturalized Canadian in 1922. He eventually settled in Vancouver, where he involved himself in the musical life of the city, promoting opera, giving concerts in aid of the Vancouver Endowment Trust Foundation, and contributing to opera and theatre for children. He played an important part with Allard de Ridder in re-establishing the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra in 1930. (0.8 JM ITF docket 45. Staple Bound. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾". Programme.

Postage is $6.99 US, media mail for the first book the US weighing up to 2 pounds; $3.00 for each additional book for shipping by media mail to the US for books weighing up to 2 pounds. Books weighing more than 2 pounds, and priority shipping will be quoted. We are glad to quote delivery cost to international buyers. Books are carefully wrapped and shipped in corrugated cardboard cartons. Books are returnable for a full refund if the book is not as described.
