Pp. xxvi+290(last blank)+[2](colophon), collotype frontispiece portrait and 3 plates, numerous full page facsimiles (title and half-title pages, etc), index; narrow cr. 8vo; qr. pale pinkish/cream paper with printed paper title label on spine (spare label tipped-in at end), blue/grey papered boards; uncut; matching plain dust wrapper, edges slightly chipped and split, the backstrip faded and browned; book label of David Levine, Sydney, on upper pastedown, outer leaves slightly offset, scattered light foxing; The Nonesuch Press, London, 1929. Edition limited to 875 numbered copies. McKitterick 64. *A four-page errata leaf (not present in this copy) was later issued separately, in November 1931.
