The first 66pp comprise the Annotated list, which is followed by the facsimiles to which the entries refer. Clean and unmarked, with small bookplate to front pastedown. Quarto, in the original binding of blue cloth. Clean, with slight fading to spine, bottom corners slightly knocked, and an 8mm grease spot to the front. A good firm copy.
