Quarto; VG/no-DJ paperback; Blue spine with black text; Covers clean with varying degrees of wear and fraying at edges of spine [Tail edge of Vol 2. is nearly worn to the binding], covers protected by glassine covered wrappers [Vol 1.'s wrapping has come loose, there are several dark marks on the front cover, also on the front cover there is an open tear at the head of the spine, and a smaller open tear at the tail of the spine, as well as a open scratch in the glassine close to the fore edge; Vol 2. has a large open tear at the tail of the spine exposing the cover to damage, as well as a few nicks here and there along the edges; Vol 3. has small open tear at the head and tail of the spine but is otherwise intact; Textblocks darkened by age, otherwise clean, edges deckled, [Vol 1. Front free-end paper connected at top edge to following page, top edge uncut flypapers at end of textblock, as well as stray pencil markings; Vol 2. tear at top of back free-end paper; Vol 3. nearly every set of pages is uncut along the top edge] ; pp Vol 1. 289; Vol 2. 172; Vol 3. 152.
