A volume in the series Mammals of Russia and Adjacent Regions translated from Russian, with scientific editors Robert S. Hoffmann and Don E. Wislon, illustrated, bound in nice black leatherette, spine lettering gilt, in yellow pictorial dust jacket. Two corners very slightly bumped, two creases to front panel of jacket (production error) otherwise a very nice copy. This book is the continuation of serial publication Mlekopitayushchie Sovetskogo Soyuza[Mamals of the Soviet Union], the first four books under which were published during 1961-1076 under the editorship of V.G. Heptner and N.P. Naumov.
