Sobre este artículo
St. Helier, Jersey: Jersey Commercial Association, 1890. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition. 4to (22 x 28cm). No date circa 1890; pp. 62; title page printed in red and black, text printed within a red ruled border; frontispiece map of Jersey, map of St. Heliers to the verso of the title page, 8 leaves of lithographic plates (from photographs) printed by Joseph Mansell of London - to the recto only, numerous illustrated local adverts to the rear. Original? pebbled maroon cloth binding with gilt lettering to the front board, boards padded, front board incorporating pocket to the verso (we are not sure what this is for - as there are maps printed within the book, it is unlikely that it is for a folding map - perhaps to house visitors' paper momentos?) binding good with a little general wear and rubbing, cloth frayed at head/tail of the spine, cloth slightly marked. Contents clean and tight, end papers slightly marked. A very good copy. Scarce..
