Covers are worn along edges and there is a large pale area on front cover. Lots of erased penciling on front and rear covers along with inked ownership. A previous owner has cut out pre-title pages with title and copyright pages completely removed so we cannot identify theauthor, publisher and year published. We are guessing the author is Mother Mary Loyola adn that this may be a 1942 edition. Part of the Prefactory Note page is also missing. Contents page and rest of text still intact along with all the b/e and color illustrations. First 16 pages of book in Roman numberals and actual text starts with regular number 17.
