Vols. 1-3 in publisher's VG slipcase, with minor tape at one corner, and Vol. 4 also includes publisher's slipcase, which is VG as well. with light tape along the edges. Tall quartos, 865 pgs. all told plus illustrations. Vol 1: The Archaeological Evidence from Palestine; Vol. 2: The Archaeological Evidence from the Diaspora; Vol. 3: Illustrations for Vols. 1 & 2; and Vol. 4: The Problem of Method/Symbols from Jewish Cult.
