Blue-ribbed cloth, gilt lettering on front cover & spine, colour plate by Schoonover mounted on front cover (minor rubbing, slight spotting, very minor soiling to lower front cover, minor wear to corners), still VG- copy. First edition of this splendidly illustrated version of the tragic tale of the girl who saved the throne of France for King Charles II.
