The biography of legendary director John Ford, director of over 150 films, including The Iron Horse, Young Mr. Lincoln, They Were Expendable, The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance, Cheyenne Autumn, etc. Cannutt appeared in such classic films as Stagecoach (John Ford's film in which he did his famous "transfer" stunt - moving from horse to horse in full gallop, pulling a wagon), Gone With the Wind, Spartacus, Westward Ho, The Wagons, Ivanhoe, and more.
