Very light shelfwear. Title page is also a limitation page, signed flat by Clarke and numbered 58 of 250 copies. A Limited Edition Uncorrected Bound Manuscript accompanied with a typed letter signed by Sabrina Farber, Sales and Marketing Director at Bloomsbury. Dated December 2003, she discusses this early limited edition and the planned marketing for the volume. Presumably one of these letters were sent with every copy of the limited edition. Without the Portia Rosenberg illustrations, which had not been created yet. Shelved case 8. The rear cover states that Advance Reading Copies will be released in March of 2004 with a book release date of October 2004 and a print run of 200,000 copies.
