Smith (edited by Fine and Smith). Foreword and acknowledgments by Josine Ianco-Starrels; essay by Robert L. Pincus; biographical chronology and bibliography. One of 1000 copies printed (the entire edition).54 Color & b/w Photographs (chiefly b/w; Including Upper wrapper).
