All illustrations and the two maps present. Photographs mostly by the author. Color plates and drawings by Walter A. Weber, A fine copy. The dustwrapper is not clipped and shows a light stain on the rear and only minimal wear; it give a near fine appearance. Not generally seen in such nice condition.
